What we believe

Built on the Word.

Like Assemblies of God churches around the world, we hold to the historic Christian faith and the full gospel. Here it is in plain language.

The Bible is the inspired, trustworthy Word of God. It is our final authority for what we believe and how we live.

2 Timothy 3:16

There is one true God, eternally existing as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Matthew 28:19

Jesus is the Son of God, fully God and fully man. He lived without sin, died for our sins, rose bodily from the dead and is coming again.

John 1:14

Everyone needs a Saviour. We are saved by God's grace through faith in Jesus, not by our own good works, and everyone who calls on Him is welcome.

Ephesians 2:8

The Holy Spirit lives in every believer. We believe in the baptism in the Holy Spirit and His gifts, empowering us to live and witness boldly today.

Acts 1:8

We follow Jesus' example in water baptism by immersion, and we share the Lord's Supper to remember Him together.

Romans 6:4

God still heals and answers prayer. We pray for one another with faith, compassion and expectation.

James 5:15

The church is God's family on mission: worshipping Him, growing together, and sharing the good news in word and deed.

Acts 2:42

Have a question about faith? We'd love to talk. Send us a message.

Come and see

Faith is better together.
